Where are Velano Club cases made?

In our own workshop in Elazığ, Türkiye. Every case is cut and finished by hand.

Where do orders ship from?

From Türkiye, by international express courier (DHL / UPS).

How long will my order take?

We prepare orders in 1-3 business days. After that: Europe and the UK 3-6 business days, the US and Canada 4-8, the Middle East and Gulf 3-6, the rest of the world 5-12.

Will I pay customs or import duty?

Possibly. Because the parcel ships from Türkiye, your own country may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee on arrival. These are set by your customs authority, are not included in the price at checkout, and are paid by the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund them.

Is the leather real?

Yes - 100% genuine leather, full-grain or top-grain depending on the series. Natural marks, grain variation and slight colour differences between pieces are normal and are not defects.

Will the leather change over time?

It should. Natural leather darkens slightly, softens, and takes on a shine where you hold it. Waxed pull-up leather (Harleys) lightens at every fold and ages fastest.

How do I look after it?

Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun and away from water. Do not use alcohol, solvents or household cleaners.

What is the difference between Standard and MagSafe?

The MagSafe version has a magnet array built into the shell, so MagSafe chargers, wallets and car mounts attach through the leather. The Standard version has no magnets and works with cable and Qi charging.

Will it work with wireless charging?

Yes. Both versions charge wirelessly.

Does the case protect the screen and camera?

The bezel is raised around both, so the screen and lenses sit clear of a flat surface, and the inner shell absorbs shock. A case is protection, not a guarantee - no case makes a phone unbreakable.
