1. Who we are

This website is operated by Casepy LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Our products are made in our workshop at Ulukent Mahallesi 104/1 C, 23100 Elazığ, Türkiye, and all orders are dispatched from Türkiye.

By visiting casepy.com and by purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products

Our cases are made from natural leather and finished by hand. Grain, colour and markings vary from piece to piece; this is a property of the material, not a defect. Screen colours vary between devices, so the shade you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars unless another currency is displayed, and exclude import duties and taxes that may be charged on arrival in your country. Prices may change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe to be fraudulent. If we cancel an order we refund it in full. You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate shipping address and a working email address.

6. Shipping, customs and returns

Delivery times, customs duties and the return process are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, photographs, product designs, the Casepy name and logo - belongs to Casepy LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our cases are protective accessories, not guarantees against damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to a device, for data loss, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
