Shipping policy

Every Casepy case is cut, stitched and finished by hand in our own workshop in Elazığ, Türkiye, and every order is dispatched from Türkiye.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.

Delivery times

Delivery is by international express courier (DHL / UPS) from Türkiye.

  • Europe and the United Kingdom: 3-6 business days
  • United States and Canada: 4-8 business days
  • Middle East and Gulf: 3-6 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5-12 business days

These are courier transit times after dispatch and do not include the 1-3 day processing time. Delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect addresses or courier disruption are outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. The exact amount is shown before you pay.

Customs duties and import taxes

Your order ships from Türkiye. Depending on where you live, your parcel may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by your own country's customs authority, are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance and we cannot refund them. Refusing a parcel to avoid customs charges does not entitle you to a full refund - the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will re-send it once the return arrives, and a second shipping charge will apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at info@casepy.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the courier and replace the item.
