Velano Club cases are not shipped off a shelf. Once your order arrives, the leather is cut, wrapped and finished by hand for your device.
01Selection
The case and the leather are chosen with care; leather whose grain or marking fails inspection is never used.
02Cutting
The leather is cut to the exact measure of the case.
03Strap & Stitch
On strap models the strap is prepared to the exact width and stitched by hand.
04Bonding & Wrapping
Adhesive is applied to the leather and the case and left to cure, then the leather is wrapped by hand.
05Precision
Camera and button cut-outs are trimmed so every edge sits flush.
06Edge Paint
The cut edges are sealed and painted so they will not fray with use.
07Personalisation
Initials are pressed by hand, one letter at a time.
08Lining & Check
The inner lining is fitted and the finished case is inspected before it is boxed.

Natural exotic and calf leathers are known for their elegant look and excellent durability. Every hide carries its own grain, marks and creases, so no two pieces are alike. Accessories made from these leathers will serve you for years. Our high-grade finished leathers are worked by hand at every stage, and Velano Club is committed to sustainable production.
Personalisation+
Foil stamping presses a metallic foil into the leather under high heat and pressure.

Our metal letters are cast in zamak alloy and fixed directly into the body of the case.
- Fixed into the body, never glued on
- They will not fall out or work loose

Technical note: because of how the metal letters are produced, there is no full stop (.) character. This is a deliberate choice that keeps the quality and durability standard.
Shipping & returns+
Every order is made for you after you place it, and ships from Elazığ, Türkiye. Each case is built one at a time so that it meets our fit and quality standard.
Because orders go into production in batches, making and dispatching an order usually takes 6–7 working days, and up to 10 working days in busy periods. Delivery time is added on top of this.

Care guide+
- Cleaning. Wipe the case gently with a damp cloth or sponge at regular intervals. Clean any stain straight away, working gently in small circles — this keeps the lustre and stops dust building up.
- Conditioning. Leather dries out over time. Use a leather cream or a dedicated leather care product at regular intervals; a little petroleum jelly applied lightly with a cloth also works well.
- Sunlight. Leather fades and dries in direct sun. Keep the case out of it.
- No detergent, alcohol or solvent-based cleaners
- Never machine wash or soak
- Never dry with a hairdryer or on a radiator
