Each charm is cast in zamak alloy, finished in gold PVD and polished by hand. It is made to be set into a Velano hand strap, one at a time.

- Held by a screw at the base — never glued
The charm slides onto the hand strap and is locked with a small screw at the base. Undo that screw later and you can reorder your letters, take one out or add another. Sized for Velano hand straps.
Technical note: because of how these are produced, there is no full stop (.) character. This is a deliberate choice that keeps the quality and durability standard.

Every order is made for you after you place it, and ships from Elazığ, Türkiye. Each case is built one at a time so that it meets our fit and quality standard.
Because orders go into production in batches, making and dispatching an order usually takes 6–7 working days, and up to 10 working days in busy periods. Delivery time is added on top of this.

Care guide+
- Cleaning. Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. If it needs more, use a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away.
- Storage. Keep it dry. Moisture left sitting on plated metal is what dulls it over time.
- Check the screw. Now and then, tighten the small screw at the base lightly by hand.
- No detergent, alcohol, bleach or solvent-based cleaners
- No polishing paste or abrasive cloth — it wears the plating away
- Keep it out of perfume, hand cream and chlorinated water

It really did come out beautiful and well made — more beautiful than it looks in the photos. I'm happy with it. I even had a friend buy one too.
The print is very poor. It looks very cheap for the price.
We had the letters ZHS made — the S is a pinker gold, different from the other letters. I'd also bought a case before that and it darkened around the edges.
